Our Product Sales Policies
If the wrong product has been shipped to you we will replace the product at no cost to you. If you are unhappy with your product, we will accept a return if the product is returned to us in resalable condition, meaning that it must not have bent corners, marks on any pages and be in new condition. We require you to pay the shipping to return the product to us. Once we receive the products and determine that they are in resalable condition, we will apply a credit to your credit card, less a 20% restocking charge. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a refund check once the above conditions have been met. If the product is returned to us with marks or damage, we are not unable to apply a credit for you, nor will we return this product to you.
Please send the package care of RETURNS with your packing slip included in the box. We require your name, address, telephone number, the credit card number as well as the expiration date on the card that you used to purchase the products with, or copies of check or money order if paid this way. If we do not receive this information, we will be unable to credit your account.
